Who We're Looking For

Successful Candidates Typically Possess:

• 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, investment advisory services, or a related field
• A passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Established professional networks within their local communities
• Relationships with centers of influence, including CPAs, attorneys, business owners, and other referral partners
• A growth mindset and desire to contribute to business development efforts
• An interest in leadership, mentorship, and long-term career progression  

Compensation

Associate Advisor

• $65,000 - $90,000 base salary
• Incentive compensation opportunities

Lead Advisor

• $95,000 - $135,000 base salary
• Incentive compensation and partnership opportunities

Successful Associate and Lead Advisors will grow into a Senior Advisor role leading their own team.
