Assistant Liquor Manager Immediate Opening

Location: Cub Liquor Plymouth

Reports to: Liquor Store Manager

Classification: Non-Union

Rate of Pay: Up to $21.00

Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours

Individuals applying for this position should be willing to:

·Support the Liquor Manager in all operations

·Monitor employee behavior to ensure customer satisfaction with all transactions

·Communicate with Management to achieve optimal service levels-no long lines

·Problem solve customer questions and/or concerns

·Train and develop future Liquor Store Managers

·Interview and hire new employees

·Assist with merchandising to keep our shelves full (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs.)

·Prioritize and establish work lists to maintain a steady amount of work for employees

·Help maintain a clean and safe store

·Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department

Jerry’s would love to see an individual who:

·Is friendly and outgoing and promotes customer service for the entire team

·Has experience working in a liquor store (2-3 years preferred)

·Can share with shoppers’ information on wine, beer, and food pairings

·Understands the importance of following all municipal/state/county/location carding laws

·Knows about customer relations, protocols, and good work plans
