Job Summary:
Psychiatric Unit Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Lewiston, Maine. The organization seeks a dedicated nursing professional to provide direct and indirect patient care within a psychiatric care setting. Candidates are required to bring their Maine RN license on the first day of the assignment. This role offers flexibility and requires the ability to adapt to changing census demands.

• Required Qualifications: Current Maine RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Graduate of an approved Nursing program. Candidates with 0 years of experience may be considered.
• Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years nursing experience working with children and adolescents, trauma level experience (Levels 1, 2, and 3), teaching hospital experience, EMR experience with Epic, ability to work well in high-stress situations, flexibility to change days with census demands.
• Additional Information: Candidates must reside outside of a 50-mile radius. Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid. The organization reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract. No guarantee of hours.
