Premier Trade Services is seeking a motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiter to join our Charlotte team.
In this role, you'll help connect skilled trades professionals with opportunities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding markets. You'll play a key role in supporting commercial construction, industrial, manufacturing, and mechanical projects while helping candidates advance their careers.

What You'll Do
- Recruit qualified candidates for skilled trades and construction positions
- Conduct phone interviews and candidate screenings in both English and Spanish
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and community outreach
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified trades professionals
- Match candidates with open opportunities based on skills, experience, and career goals
- Coordinate onboarding and hiring activities
- Maintain candidate records within recruiting and staffing systems
- Partner with branch leadership to meet recruiting goals and customer demands
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable making outbound calls and developing candidate relationships
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills

- Construction or skilled trades knowledge
- Sales or customer service experience
- ATS/CRM experience
