We're Long Island and Eastern Queens' premier youth sports organization, introducing children ages 12 months to 13 years to soccer through exciting classes, camps, and clinics held in schools, parks, and community centers.

Our mission is simple: create a positive, encouraging environment where every child can develop confidence, teamwork, and a love for being active. Winning isn't our goal—helping kids smile, learn, and grow is.

We also offer multisport and non-contact martial arts programs, giving coaches additional opportunities throughout the year.

This isn't your typical part-time job.

Instead of standing behind a cash register or sitting behind a desk, you'll spend your day moving, laughing, teaching, and making a real impact on children's lives.

Most of our classes take place during preschool enrichment hours and weekends.

We're currently hiring coaches with consistent availability during:

Monday - Friday

• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Weekends

• 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Coaches with additional flexibility and availability may have access to more coaching opportunities.

As a Soccer Stars Coach, you'll help create one of the best parts of each child's week.

You'll:

• Arrive prepared and energized for every class
• Lead fun, engaging soccer activities for young children
• Encourage confidence through positive reinforcement
• Create a welcoming, non-competitive environment where every child feels successful
• Keep children active, engaged, and smiling
• Build relationships with families through professionalism and enthusiasm
• Continue learning through paid training and ongoing coaching development

No two classes are exactly alike, but every class is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable people who enjoy working with children and bringing positive energy to every class.

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Willingness to travel to schools, parks, and community locations throughout Long Island
• Ability to pass a background check
