Responsibilities Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and build promotional displays. Conduct in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps and capture pictures of displays at assigned stores. Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions. Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained in accordance with Mondelēz’ guidelines. Verify that sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide the most efficient in‑store service. Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store. Who is a Good Fit? At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently. Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed). Physical capability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lb, and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lb. Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus. Live within a 25–35 mile radius of the primary location in Novato, CA. Secondary locations within Santa Rosa, CA. Schedule availability: Monday–Friday, 6:00–8:00 AM start time. Salary and Benefits Hourly compensation rate of $19.25. 401(k) savings plan. Eligibility for incentive bonus program.
