Scrum Master

Description Position Summary: The Scrum Master serves a dedicated Agile team on the program, owning the team's delivery cadence and health. You will facilitate all sprint ceremonies, clear impediments, keep team metrics honest and visible, and help the team make effective use of AI-assisted delivery tools. Requirements Non-Technical Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be willing to work a HYBRID Schedule (3-4 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required. Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance Strong communication and presentation skills. Must be able to prioritize and self-start. Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift. Must be enthusiastic and have passion for learning and constant improvement. Must be open to collaboration, feedback and client asks. Must enjoy working with a vibrant team of outgoing personalities. Required Qualifications: CSM or PSM I certification 2+ years as a Scrum Master for software delivery teams Working knowledge of Jira or equivalent Agile tooling Strong facilitation and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: SAFe certification Federal project experience Familiarity with AI-assisted estimation and reporting tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
