The Live Sound & AV Technician is responsible for the setup, operation, maintenance, and technical production of audio, video, lighting, and live entertainment systems throughout Harvest Hall, Third Rail, Hotel Vin, Peace Plaza, and other property event spaces. This position has a strong emphasis on live music production and audio engineering, including working directly with bands, musicians, DJs, entertainers, event producers, and outside production companies. The Live Sound & AV Technician will support concerts, live music programming, weddings, banquets, corporate meetings, private events, festivals, special activations, and other property programming. The position is responsible for ensuring that all AV and entertainment systems are professionally prepared, tested, operated, and maintained to provide a high-quality experience for guests, performers, clients, and property leadership.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with live sound reinforcement, mixing consoles, microphones, monitors, speakers, digital audio systems, signal flow, stage production, and troubleshooting and is comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment.
