Assistant Property Manager – Bexley Village at Concord Mills, Concord, NC We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This role includes frontline resident services, leasing, maintenance liaison, and team leadership responsibilities. A strong customer‑first mindset, leadership experience, and flexibility are essential. Compensation & Benefits Hourly: Starting at $20 per hour, increasing with experience. Quarterly bonuses. Schedule Must be available to work rotating Saturdays and occasional evenings for resident events. Responsibilities Engage prospects, answer internet leads, schedule appointments, and conduct community tours. Process leasing applications and lease paperwork, request security deposits, and execute leases. Provide resident service: renewals, notices to vacate, early terminations, adding pets, transfers, account inquiries. Coordinate with maintenance: walk apartments, confirm readiness, follow up on work orders, monitor property maintenance needs. Orchestrate move‑in and move‑out experiences including procedures and security deposit dispositions. Post rent, follow up on balances owed. Plan, prepare, and host resident activities. Lead the team; assist with training and goal achievement. Support the Property Manager as needed. Qualifications & Traits Strong communication and listening skills.
