Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care in Morganton, NC. Start date: 11/07/2026. This is an 8-week travel temporary assignment in a long-term care setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,117 to $1,177. Shifts are 12-hour daytime days (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.). The schedule includes three 12-hour day shifts per week, with every-other weekend required and holidays as needed. Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policy
• Monitor residents' vital signs and overall condition; report changes promptly to the supervising nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide comfort and safety for residents
• Document care activities, inputting accurate notes into the electronic health record and care plans
• Collaborate with licensed and unlicensed team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Support the care planning process by contributing observations and participating in revisions as needed

Requirements

• Active North Carolina LPN license
• 12 months of recent LPN experience, preferably in long-term care or geriatrics
• Ability to work 12-hour daytime shifts (7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.)
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend
• Holidays as needed per client
• Orientation: participate in onboarding during the first shift; credentials due by 11/7/2026 or ASAP
