Join Our Team as a Dermatologist

We are a leading, physician-owned dermatology practice with over 50 years of dedicated service to the Bay County community. Our organization is currently looking for a board-certified dermatologist to become part of our vibrant team at our state-of-the-art facility located in Dothan, Alabama.

Position Overview

This role offers a competitive, production-based compensation structure with a guaranteed base salary for the first year:

• 45% of collections
• Base salary of $90,000 for each day worked (4 days per week: $360,000; 4.5 days per week: $405,000; 5 days per week: $450,000)
• Sign-on bonus of $50,000
• Relocation assistance up to $20,000
• 401K plan with 4% matching
• Comprehensive benefits package

This full-time dermatology position involves managing a patient load of approximately 35 patients per day, 4.5 days a week, from Monday to Thursday, with the option for a half or full day on Fridays if desired. There is also an exciting opportunity to expand into cosmetic and laser treatments using the new Sciton Halo/Tribrid laser, alongside traditional toxin and filler procedures. This position has become available due to the growth of our practice.

Ideal Candidate

• Board-certified dermatologist with 2-5 years of experience; new graduates and fellows are welcome to apply
