Senior Associate, CRE Asset Management

Analyst, Associate, Senior Associate or Asset Manager/Sr Asset Mgr: CRE Asset Management (Structured/Bridge/Transitional Debt) Our client is a well-established multifamily capital markets/debt shop. They are currently seeking an experienced CRE asset management professional to join their team in North Dallas. Open to candidates from Analyst to Senior Asset Manager level Hybrid schedule: 3 days in North Dallas. Potentially open to remote (if near Dallas), on a case-by-case basis Qualifications: Ideally seeking 3-7+ years of experience within multifamily asset management Prior experience handling transitional debt transactions (bridge/structured) is highly preferred Strong analytical and computer skills with a thorough knowledge of Excel including the ability to perform cash flow analysis Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Responsibilities include: Monitor the collection of required financial reporting from borrowers; including, but not limited to, property operating statements (income statements, balance sheets, aged receivables), rent rolls, STR reports, and guarantor/borrower financials; Assess loan risk within the portfolio and make recommendations to senior management to mitigate the risk. Manage the draw review process for value-add renovation and ground-up construction projects of varying sizes and scopes; Perform quarterly property level valuations in order to value the asset.
