Affiliate Marketing Strategist - Health & Wellness

A fast-growing health & wellness nutrition company — a Top 10 seller on Amazon and TikTok — is seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Affiliate Marketing Strategist to scale creator and affiliate programs across social commerce channels, with a strong focus on TikTok.

This role is responsible for sourcing and recruiting new creators, building long-term affiliate partnerships, co-developing high-converting content, and executing campaigns end-to-end. You'll support an active Discord affiliate community, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally with TikTok, Shopify, content, and marketing teams to drive measurable growth.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, outgoing, and confident in creator outreach — with a genuine passion for social commerce, short-form content, and the health & wellness space.

Affiliate Marketing Strategist Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: $80,000 – $90,000

Affiliate Marketing Strategist Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• 2+ years in influencer, affiliate, or creator partnership marketing
• Hands-on TikTok creator outreach and affiliate recruitment experience

Core Skills

• Strong creator communication and relationship management
• Highly organized — able to manage multiple creators and timelines simultaneously
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Comfortable using Discord, email, and DMs for creator communication

Platform Knowledge

• Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and creator collaborations
• Familiarity with ecommerce-driven social content strategies
• Experience with performance-oriented creator campaigns

Analytics Mindset

• Familiarity with GMV, CTR, CVR, and AOV metrics
• Ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights
• Experience coordinating giveaways, livestreams, or seeding campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok Shop, creator marketplaces, or affiliate platforms
• Hands-on short-form content creation experience (scripting, editing, asset review)
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Shopify
• Experience managing a large roster of creators or affiliates at scale
• Bilingual in Spanish or another language is a plus
