We are thrilled to host a Job Fair on May 12, 2026, where you can meet our leadership team, tour our school, and learn about our current openings in early childhood education and school support roles. Our event will take place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 1941 Evelyn Byrd Avenue, Harrisonburg, VA 22801.

Essential Qualifications

CDA or ECE certificate, associates/bachelor ’s degree in ECE or related field, or equivalent coursework. Active and current enrollment in an accredited program may be considered when combined with experience. (Preferred not required)

Successful background check and VA licensing standards required

Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program

Minimum of 6 months field-related experience
