Medical History Specialist - Hospital Medication Reconciliation

UPMC McKeesport is hiring a fulltime Medical History Specialist to join our team. This role involves interviewing patients, reviewing medication-related documentation, and compiling medication histories for hospital admissions. The position typically runs from 10 am to 10 pm, three shifts per week, with weekend and holiday responsibilities.
