Job Description We are hiring for a temporary Assembler position in the St. Augustine, FL area. Schedule: Monday to Friday 5am-3:30pm. Pay: $15.50/ hour Key Responsibilities
- Assemble aluminum components and products according to blueprints and work instructions
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment safely and efficiently
- Measure, cut, and fit materials to precise specifications
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Report equipment issues or quality concerns promptly
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (but willing to train motivated candidates)
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
