Culligan of Red Wing is looking for a dependable, high-performing Route Driver to join our team. This is not a "drop it at the door and move on" position. This is a customer-facing career for someone who wants to take ownership of a route, provide exceptional service, and grow with a company that promotes from within.

Our Route Drivers are more than delivery drivers. They are the face of our company and often the Culligan team member our customers see most frequently. You will build trusted relationships with homes and businesses while delivering salt, bottled water, and other water treatment products throughout the community. Every delivery is an opportunity to provide a true WOW customer experience.

As a Culligan Route Driver, you will:

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses safely and efficiently
• Load, organize, and manage the products needed for your daily route
• Build professional relationships with customers along your route
• Identify customer concerns and communicate service needs to the appropriate team
• Resolve basic customer questions and concerns courteously and promptly
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional delivery vehicle

Customers depend on you to arrive prepared, complete the delivery correctly, and make their experience easy.

Daily expectations include:

• Participate in a quick morning route meeting
• Inspect, load, and organize your delivery vehicle
• Complete scheduled deliveries accurately and on time
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
• Maintain accurate delivery and payment records
• Help keep the warehouse and loading areas clean and organized
• Complete a short end-of-route review with your supervisor

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Route delivery experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Clean and professional appearance
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds

We do not hire for dead-end jobs. Route Drivers can develop advanced product knowledge and grow into positions in service, sales, warehouse operations, route leadership, or management. Compensation: $20.00 per hour
