Registered Nurse – OB/GYN (Nursing Supervisor)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day nursing supervision within a busy OB/GYN outpatient clinic setting
• Maintain visibility on the floor and oversee clinical staff performance and workflows
• Conduct skills education, workflow remediation, and staff meetings
• Develop and implement action plans, goal setting, and employee evaluations
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives and survey readiness efforts
• Assist with staff scheduling and conflict resolution

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license (required at time of submission)
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Beginner, BLS, and PALS (required at time of submittal)
• Experience in outpatient clinic, pediatrics, and women's services
• Demonstrated experience with employee evaluations, action plans, and conflict resolution
• Experience with scheduling and survey readiness

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NRP certification preferred
• Prior charge nurse experience, change management, and process improvement
• Experience with code management and care efficiency initiatives
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records
