  • Requirements: Active Illinois License & DEA
  • Position: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner -  Needed for an ongoing outpatient assignment in Illinois. The clinician will be required to hold an active Illinois State license & DEA.
  • Schedule: 4-10-hour shifts per week
  • 3-Month Assignment
  • Compensation: $95/hr. plus malpractice coverage insurance
  • Location: Centralia, Illinois
  • Start Date: ASAP pending credentialing (within 1 week of submitting documents)
  • Working with an Underserved Population
  • No Calls or Weekends
