Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Incentive structure with bonuses on top of salary Requirements Bilingual (required) Weekend availability (required) Proven leadership skills Sales success Customer service experience Ability to thrive in a small team environment Job Purpose Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through daily observation forms, monthly one‑on‑one meetings, and on‑spot redirect coaching. Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross‑selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features. Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions. Complete operational duties assigned accurately and within required time frames. Additional Information Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level. Employment type: Full‑time.
