Fine Dining Restaurant Manager — Oceanside Luxury Hotel

We're looking for an experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Manager who takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences, building strong teams, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, upscale setting. If five-star hospitality is your standard, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serving as the face of guest service excellence — staying visible on the floor during busy service and setting the tone for a team that takes pride in the details
• Handling any guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Building out training programs for front-of-house staff and mentoring team members as they grow
• Providing regular feedback that keeps the team performing at its best
• Tracking guest feedback and key performance metrics, managing budgets, and making data-informed decisions that support the bottom line
• Creating and maintaining clear Standard Operating Procedures, updating them as best practices evolve
• Overseeing staffing, scheduling, and payroll while helping build a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Running regular inspections to keep everything safe and up to code

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of fine dining management experience and in that, some hotel experience
• Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to bring out the best in a team
• A track record of delivering great guest experiences while hitting business goals
• Flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts (8–10 hours) in a fast-paced environment
• Sharp attention to detail
