Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and management remotely, addressing inquiries on policies, benefits, and employment matters. Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination via virtual platforms. Support onboarding and offboarding processes for remote employees. Help maintain HRIS databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that support a remote workforce. Organize and facilitate virtual employee engagement activities and training sessions. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role. Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices, particularly as they apply to remote work. Excellent virtual communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely. Proficiency in HR software and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
