- Open bin gates and monitor grain flow
- Sweep out trucks after unloading
- Broom loose grain into grates
- Record grain moisture levels before and after drying
- Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors
- Ability to lift, bend, and stay on your feet throughout the shift
- Basic math and attention to detail for recording measurements
- Agriculture or grain handling experience is a plus (not required)
