Physician Anesthesiology - Competitive Salary

Job DescriptionSeeking BE/BC Anesthesiologist to join a strong Anesthesiology practice in a dynamic community that is economically, culturally, and socially inviting. The current need is for one Anesthesiologist to join group's current Anesthesiologist to work either a schedule of 26 weeks per year (generally on a two-on, two-off rotation) or 13 weeks per year (generally 1-on and three-off rotation) Call will be 1:2 or 1:3 respectively and will coincide with the two-on, two-off rotation or 1-on 3-off rotation.\n\n Number of CRNA’s: 5\n Number of Anesthesiologists: 2\n Number of OR suites: 5\n Number of OR suites running: 4 regularly\n Number of cases per year: approximately 2500\n Percentage of hands on work: approximately 10 percent\n Percentage of supervision work: approximately 90 percent\n\n\nCases: \n\n\n\n OB/GYN 15 %\n General, Urology, Ophthalmology, ENT 50%\n Orthopedics 30%\n Thoracic 2%\n Other 3%\n\n\n Compensation & Benefits:The incoming physician will be an employee of the hospital and will receive a highly competitive salary. The hospital will pay the majority of the health insurance premiums for the physician. Other levels of health insurance coverage are also available with a generous contribution from the hospital. The hospital will pay the full amount of malpractice insurance. Additionally, the hospital will pay for licensing and up to $600/year for dues and subscriptions for their practice. The hospital will provide CME reimbursement of up to $2,500 per year and relocation assistance.
