Assistant Project Manager

Supporting the Project Manager in day-to-day contract execution, the full-time remote Assistant Project Manager will manage regulatory reporting, coordinate Joint Operating Agreements with Medicare Administrative Contractors, and oversee program meeting structures while ensuring compliance with CMS deliverables. Key responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in contract execution and serve as PM backup during absences Own the regulatory reporting workstream, ensuring timely preparation and submission of CMS reports Coordinate Joint Operating Agreements with Medicare Administrative Contractors, managing scheduling and compliance Required qualifications Minimum 4 years of professional experience in healthcare program management or federal contracting At least 3 years managing complex systems and medical review workflow operations Minimum 2 years of experience in Medicare Fee-for-Service program operations Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or a Bachelor's degree with additional relevant experience
