In this remote role, you will take direct ownership of multi-account social media operations—scheduling content, fostering community engagement, maintaining flawless messaging, and tracking audience analytics to scale brand reach. Key Responsibilities Schedule and publish engaging content across multiple client accounts using Vista and other social media management platforms. Actively monitor social channels, respond promptly to audience messages, and manage brand engagement. Review all post copy and visual assets to guarantee grammatical precision, accurate formatting, and alignment with brand guidelines. Monitor, track, and report on overall social media account growth and performance metrics. Collaborate closely with the internal strategy team on creative direction, content execution, and platform optimization. Compile and deliver comprehensive monthly performance reports highlighting key audience insights and growth outcomes. Must-Have Requirements Proven, verifiable track record of growing, scaling, and optimizing social media accounts across major platforms. Deep, practical understanding of audience engagement techniques, community building, and industry best practices. Strong proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and performance reporting frameworks. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with exceptional attention to grammatical accuracy. Reliable home office setup, including updated computer equipment, a quiet workspace, and stable high-speed internet connectivity. Nice-to-Have Requirements Hands-on experience utilizing Vista or similar social media scheduling and management platforms. Demonstrated background managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency setting. Working knowledge or baseline experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
