Make a difference by supporting students' learning and behavioral success in a dynamic K-12 environment as a skilled BCBA. This contract opportunity involves managing a caseload of 25-30 students requiring dedicated Tier 3 behavioral intervention. You'll play a vital part in collaborating with educators and families to promote positive outcomes for students across multiple grade levels.

What we're looking for:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Demonstrated experience implementing behavioral interventions in school settings
• Familiarity with providing Tier 3 support for students with significant behavioral needs
• Strong organizational skills to manage and document a moderate caseload
• Excellent communication abilities for working with students, teachers, and families
• Passion for helping children and adolescents in diverse educational settings

Key responsibilities:

• Assess behavioral needs for K-12 students and develop individualized, evidence-based plans
• Deliver direct and consultative behavioral interventions for Tier 3 students
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement and monitor interventions
• Train school staff in best practices for behavior management and data collection
• Regularly update progress reports and adjust interventions as needed for maximum student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary teams
