Additionally, serving as a clinical instructor for students may be part of the responsibilities. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an associate degree. Licensure in Maryland, DC, and/or Virginia as required by location. American Heart Association BLS certification. Demonstrated competency in treatment approaches and team collaboration. Effective time management, communication, and documentation skills.
