BartenderJob Summary: The Bartender is responsible for crafting and serving a variety of drinks while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to recipes and standards.Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and disposing of waste.Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as necessary and keeping track of orders.Follow health and safety regulations regarding alcohol service and sanitation.Assist in planning and executing special events or promotions at the bar.Qualifications:Previous bar experience preferred, including knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.At least 3 year's experience in a high volume fast paced restaurantStrong customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests.Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.Must be of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction and have any required licenses or certifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
