What exactly am I building?

You’ll lead our commercial division in Tampa Bay. That means recruiting commercial agents, developing them, and setting the standard for how we represent clients on investment, office, retail, industrial, and land transactions. You’ll have room to shape the division and real authority to run it.

How am I paid?

Our commission structure runs above what most brokerages and teams offer. We think the people closing the business should keep more of it. We’ll walk through the specifics in your first conversation with us.

Do I still get to do deals?

Yes. You’ll keep working your own book of business while you build and lead the team.

What’s behind me?

Paramount has offices in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Orlando, Miami, Stuart, West Palm Beach, and Chicago, along with in-house operations, marketing, and transaction support. You focus on leading people and closing deals. The infrastructure is already in place.

Where does this go?

We’re expanding, and the commercial side is a big part of that plan. A strong leader here has a clear path to grow the division beyond a single market.

What you’ll do

• Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of commercial agents

• Review LOIs, purchase agreements, and leases, and help agents structure and negotiate deals

• Set activity and production standards and hold the team to them

• Lead training on underwriting, valuation, and deal analysis

• Keep producing and modeling the work ethic you expect from your team

What you’ll need

• CCIM designation

• 8+ years in commercial real estate sales

• $100M+ in career commercial transaction volume

• A real desire to lead and develop other agents

What makes someone great in this seat

• Strong negotiator who stays calm when a deal gets complicated

• Fluent in contract language and comfortable redlining

• Highly organized, with systems for your own pipeline and your team’s

• Professional and polished with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other brokers

• Patient enough to teach and direct enough to hold people accountable
