BDC Representative/ Appointment Setter

If you enjoy talking with people, providing outstanding customer service, and helping customers take the next step toward purchasing a vehicle, we'd love to meet you!

Compensation

• $15.00 per hour
• $8 bonus for every appointment that shows
• $10 additional bonus for every shown appointment that purchases a vehicle
• Full-time (40 hours per week)

What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and previous customers.
• Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up with no-shows.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet daily and monthly appointment goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable using computers and learning CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Automotive experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
