Crescent Energy is seeking a Corporate Counsel in Houston to join its legal team. The role centers on securities law compliance, public company disclosure, and corporate governance, serving as a partner to Finance, Investor Relations, Treasury, and executives.

The successful candidate will manage SEC filings, advise on governance issues, and support capital-raising and M&A activities within a leading U.S. energy company.
