Front Desk Agent We're looking for a Front Desk Agent who genuinely enjoys taking care of people. You'll be the first face guests see and the person they remember when they leave. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems on the fly, stays calm when things get busy, and takes pride in making every guest feel like they matter.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and check in/check out guests with warmth, accuracy, and efficiency
• Answer phones, respond to guest requests, and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Process payments, verify reservations, and maintain accurate guest records in the property management system
• Provide local recommendations and information to enhance the guest experience
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to address guest needs in real time
• Handle guest concerns with patience and follow through until resolved
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and property management software (training provided)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine, friendly demeanor
• Ability to stay organized and multitask during busy check-in/check-out periods
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
