Hoskinson Health and Wellness Clinic is seeking a Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year of experience to provide comprehensive care for adults with autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions in a collaborative, outpatient setting.

The Role
You ll manage complex rheumatologic conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide patient education on disease management and lifestyle modifications. You ll work closely with rheumatologists and a multidisciplinary team in a clinic that values collaboration, support, and work-life balance.

What We re Looking For

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP)
• Minimum 1 year NP experience, preferably in rheumatology, internal medicine, or specialty care
• Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
