Physical Therapist AssistantWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Sacramento cluster team. In this role, you will support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care across multiple locations. If you're passionate about helping patients reach their goals while working in a positive, supportive environment, this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities:Provide skilled patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist across South Land Park, Midtown Sacramento, and Citrus Heights.Assist with implementing treatment programs and accurately document patient progress.Maintain clean, safe, and organized treatment areas in compliance with OSHA guidelines.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a high-quality care experience.Participate in ongoing professional development, in-services, and team meetings.Support daily clinic operations and contribute to a collaborative, positive work culture.Qualifications:Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (or equivalent).Current and valid State PTA license/registration/certification.CPR certification and commitment to ongoing education.Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.Ability to safely assist with lifting patients, moving equipment, and performing daily clinical duties.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently.Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.Clear vision and hearing to ensure accurate documentation and safe patient care.Capability to push wheeled equipment and engage in sustained physical activity throughout shifts.
