Requirements Shift managers lead shifts each week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for every customer. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain quality, service and cleanliness. Plan shifts, monitor performance, ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards, and uphold safety, security and profitability. Communicate with incoming shift managers to prepare a seamless transition. Help departments achieve their goals and meet targets. Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
