Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

We are seeking motivated Assemblers to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble industrial ovens and furnaces from start to finish, working on both standard and custom-built units. Projects range from smaller commercial ovens to large-scale equipment used in industrial applications.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, using tools, reading blueprints, and building quality products in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial ovens and furnaces from component parts through final completion
• Install insulation, hardware, oven linings, doors, hinges, and related components
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Measure and cut metal materials accurately using a tape measure and hand tools
• Work with aluminum and other metal products throughout the assembly process
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with welders, fabricators, and other production personnel
• Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet production goals in a high-volume manufacturing environment

Required Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure and perform precise measurements
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly skills
• Comfortable working with metal materials
• Ability to work on ladders and at varying heights when necessary
• Willingness to work around insulation materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience
• Mechanical assembly experience
• Fabrication or production background
• Experience working alongside welders and fabricators
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $12.50 - $12.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
