Senior Business Analyst

Are you a strategic Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex business challenges, driving process improvements, and bridging the gap between business and technology? We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business value while influencing key stakeholders across the organization. What You'll Do As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as a trusted partner to business and IT leaders, driving requirements strategy, process optimization, solution evaluation, testing readiness, and successful implementation efforts. Key responsibilities include: Leading requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, validation, and stakeholder alignment for complex projects Analyzing business processes, systems, integrations, and data flows across multiple functional areas Facilitating business process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives Partnering with technical teams to evaluate solution options and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions Ensuring requirements are traceable, testable, and aligned with strategic business objectives Supporting QA and UAT activities, production issue resolution, and implementation readiness Identifying project risks, dependencies, assumptions, and opportunities Mentoring Business Analysts and helping elevate analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices Coordinating efforts across analysts, project teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive Business Analysis experience Proven success leading complex analysis efforts across multiple systems and stakeholder groups Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, requirements management, testing, implementation, and production support Experience with business process analysis, process modeling, and process improvement initiatives Ability to analyze data using SQL and understand relational databases, integrations, and system workflows Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred Qualifications Experience with APIs, data models, system integrations, and data visualization tools Experience within wholesale distribution, supply chain, or logistics environments Prior experience mentoring analysts and leading cross-functional project teams What Makes This Role Exciting?
