Shift 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Experience 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Must have at least 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. Experience with Epic is required from last 6 months. Requirements Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission 1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment. Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to PRIOR to having ever traveled. BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case Facility does not accept any license hits. Facility has a strict do not call policy Shift & Scheduling: Traveler must work at least every other holiday Block Schedules: No Required Skills/Experience: Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele prior to travel. Previous Employment Requirements: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date. Exams/Assessments: PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
