HighlightsJob NumberBH_505516LocationRio Rancho, NMDate PostedJul 23, 2026Start DateImmediatelyJob TypeTemporary/ContractDescriptionCome create your career with Volt!Volt is immediately hiring a Marketing Manager in Rio Rancho NM.As a Marketing Manager you will:Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to strengthen brand awareness and support revenue growthCreate and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, calendars, and performance metricsLead advertising, promotional campaigns, digital marketing, public relations, and corporate communications initiativesDevelop and manage social media content, scheduling, analytics, and engagement strategiesOversee website content, functionality, SEO, and user experience improvementsMaintain consistent branding standards across all customer touchpoints and marketing channelsDevelop marketing campaigns supporting products, repairs, PMA approvals, exchange programs, and key business initiativesCoordinate trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, customer events, and promotional activitiesProduce brochures, presentations, newsletters, videos, promotional materials, and sales collateralCoordinate with Engineering to maintain technical literature, customer specifications, approvals, and controlled document distributionManage customer communications, product announcements, and marketing campaignsSupport customer loyalty and recognition programs, including Elite Priority Rewards promotional activitiesMonitor customer satisfaction and recommend improvements to the customer experienceCoordinate branding efforts with distributors, representatives, strategic partners, and third-party portalsManage relationships with branding agencies, media partners, and external vendorsSupport Sales leadership with marketing campaigns and sales enablement materialsDevelop product training materials and marketing messagingTrack marketing performance through dashboards, KPIs, and reporting toolsCollaborate with Business Development, Customer Support, Engineering, Operations, and Executive Management teamsThis is a full-time position. Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.Marketing Manager candidates must meet the following requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferredExperience in B2B marketing within the aerospace industry requiredStrong experience with marketing strategy, brand management, and customer engagement initiativesExperience managing digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and SEO programsKnowledge of public relations, promotional campaigns, event planning, and trade show coordinationStrong written, presentation, organizational, and communication skills in a technical environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing or creative software applicationsAbility to analyze marketing performance, customer engagement metrics, and campaign effectivenessExperience developing KPIs, dashboards, and marketing performance reportsAbility to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust successfully complete an FAA drug screenPay for this position is $26.44-$31.25/hr*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
