Job Summary (List Format): MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioner

- Provide primary and family evidenced-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning.
- Work collaboratively with a clinical care team to drive positive patient outcomes.
- Perform routine examinations, health screenings, and manage chronic conditions.
- Educate and encourage patients to take an active role in their healthcare and well-being.
- Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory management, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
- Work schedule includes 30 40 hours per week, every other weekend, and possible holiday rotations (M F 8:30am 7:30pm, Sat Sun 9:00am 5:30pm).
- Minimum 1 year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care required.
- Must hold a Master's Degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program completion, with current National Board Certification and valid state license.
- Maintain BLS certification (ARC or AHA required) and DEA registration as needed.
- Proficient with Electronic Medical Systems (EMS) and information management technology.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure and occasionally travel for float work if required.
- All positions are safety sensitive and may require participation in an on-call rotation.
