General computer skills. Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills. Must be capable of learning quickly and accepting change.Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma, typing speed of 30 wpm, high attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills.Preferred qualifications:• Previous experience in a general office capacity.• Spanish fluent bilingual.Environmental Conditions:Well heated and ventilated building. Normal office environment. Fast paced, professional environment.Physical Requirements:Requires prolonged sitting, bending, stooping, and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordinator and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Requires a normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.
