Responsibilities Serve as an ambassador for Panera Warmth, greeting every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas, staying on the move. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude. Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift. Execute duties for specific areas within the bakery‑cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.). Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods. Clear communication skills in a loud environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask with ease. Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic food safety understanding and practice training required (Food Handler's Card, as required by law).
