Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to communicate with customers, answer inquiries, provide information, and support positive customer experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people and developing strong communication skills in a professional environment. Responsibilities Communicate with customers by phone in a professional manner. Answer questions regarding products and services. Provide accurate information based on customer needs. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Respond to routine customer concerns and requests. Follow up with customers and prospective clients when appropriate. Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Communicate customer feedback to appropriate team members. Support customer service and business objectives. Collaborate with team members to provide consistent support. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
