Job Description

Dental Hygienist | 3 Days a Week | Competitive Pay

Buffalo Family Dentistry Buffalo, MN

We’re looking for the right fit to join our team!

Buffalo Family Dentistry is a long-standing, family-focused private practice looking for a dental hygienist 3 days a week, with option to grow, to join our wonderful team.

We believe our hygienists are more than dental professionals—they are oral health coaches. We’re looking for someone who takes the time to truly know their patients, build relationships, educate, and help each person achieve their best oral health.

We are a close-knit team with three doctors, with only two in the office at a time, creating a comfortable and personal environment for both our patients and team. Our beautiful office has plenty of natural light, windows, cutting-edge technology, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

The right person for us:

• Is self-motivated and team-oriented
• Loves building genuine, long-term patient relationships
• Takes pride in thorough, personalized care
• Enjoys educating and motivating patients
• Values teamwork, kindness, and a positive culture
• Wants to feel like part of a dental family

We value continued growth and learning through continuing education, and we love spending time together outside of the office with team outings and activities.

We offer competitive pay based on experience and wonderful benefits!

If being an oral health coach, building meaningful patient relationships, and working with a fantastic team sounds like you, we’d love to meet you!
