Responsibilities

The mission of the creator and affiliate product team is to design and build products that help creators to promote merchandise to TikTok users. This includes creator platform and tools, marketplaces, with product strategy that ultimately drives sales for merchants. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks. Responsibilities

- Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources, carry out research on topics related to the key development directions of the business, and provide strategic support such as goal setting and strategic advice.

- Cooperate with the team to conduct market analysis of affiliate, creator, KOL, celebrities, entertainment industries.

- Understand competitors and find growth points, to formulate related operation strategies.

- Responsible for affiliate and creator data analysis, deeply understand business logic, design a reasonable indicator system based on business goals, conduct agile and effective assessment and monitoring of business performance, and give valuable suggestions through in-depth analysis and mining of data.

- Project-manage to ensure timely launches of the ongoing creator tasks and affiliate campaign.

- Analyze and identify improvement plans for enhanced iterations of future campaigns & creator task developments.

- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams on other platform-wide campaign-related efforts.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an MBA degree. - Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026. - A team player, fast learner and open to changes. - Pays attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong problem solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications - Strong knowledge and experience of live streaming is preferred. - Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.

For Pay TransparencyCompensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $38- $38.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
