Inventory Clerk / IT Tech

Entry-Level Inventory / IT TechnicianHarvest Preparatory Academy is a K-12 Charter School located in Yuma and San Luis Arizona. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented entry-level Inventory / IT Technician to support campus-wide inventory operations and provide basic IT assistance across two campuses. Harvest Preparatory Academy prides itself on excellence; we are looking for a candidate that will enhance our level of excellence and take pride in their work.Inventory Management:Maintain accurate inventory records for all campus equipment, including instructional, operational, and IT assetsReceive, track, issue, transfer, and store equipment for two campusesAssist with routine inventory audits and reconciliationKeep inventory and storage areas organized and orderlyCoordinate with campus staff regarding equipment requests and availabilityMaintain basic inventory documentation and logsIT Support:Respond to helpdesk tickets from teachers and staffProvide basic troubleshooting for devices, printers, and classroom technologyAssist with setup, deployment, and replacement of equipmentEscalate technical issues as neededCommunicate clearly regarding ticket status and resolutionsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to stay focused, multitask, and follow through on assigned tasksSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyKnowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, applications and settingsKnowledge of MS Office applicationsStrong attention to detailGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work between two campuses as neededPreferred (but Not Required):Experience in inventory, clerical, warehouse, or school-related rolesBasic familiarity with computers, printers, or classroom technologyInterest in learning IT and technical support skills
