Senior Private Equity & M&A Associate (New York)

Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP is seeking a Managing or Senior Associate with four to seven years of experience to join their market-leading M&A and Private Equity team. The successful candidate can be based in Miami, New York, Orange County (Irvine), or San Francisco.

The ideal applicant will have excellent academic credentials along with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

The expected salary range is between $310,000 and $420,000.
