Responsibilities Responsible to a Chair or other appropriate administrator of a state university Responsible for teaching, research, service, and related administrative activities Responsible for academic advising and related activities May represent the university, college/school, or department/unit on university and/or Statewide committees Qualifications Applicants must have demonstrated effectiveness in research and teaching. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Criminology and Criminal Justice or a related field (such as sociology, psychology, or public policy). ABD candidates who anticipate degree completion no later than August 2027 will also be considered. A Juris Doctorate alone is not sufficient for consideration.
