Job Description

A CT Technologist opportunity is available at a 238-bed acute care hospital in Panama City, FL. The facility is certified in Advanced Primary Stroke Care, accredited as a Comprehensive Breast Care Center, and is the area's only Accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI and Resuscitation. The hospital is also home to the only Pediatric ER, Level III NICU, and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in the region.

The role. The CT Technologist performs technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology. Responsibilities include regulating equipment used to expose x-ray images and processing and organizing images in PACS. The role requires knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and CT concepts across head, body, MSK, spine, and chest imaging.

What we're looking for.

Associate Degree or equivalent in Radiological Technology required
One year of CT experience required
FL State Registered Radiologic Technician License
Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
Registered Computerized Tomography Technician
Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS

Schedule. Evenings (weekdays only), nights (weekdays only), nights (weekends only), mixed (weekends only), and on-call as needed.
